How is FreJun Teler billed?
Teler operates on a flexible prepaid billing model. You pay upfront for your infrastructure capacity (channels and numbers) and your anticipated usage (call minutes, media streaming, and recording).
How does pro-rata billing work if I scale up?
Your infrastructure scales with you. If you upgrade your capacity mid-cycle, the new costs are prorated. If you have unused days at the end of a cycle, we automatically apply a credit as a negative amount on your next bill.
What is the difference between India and UAE/Global number allocation?
To match regional carrier economics, our allocation varies by region. In India, pricing is channel-based, and every channel includes up to 3 numbers at no extra cost. For the UAE and other global regions, channels and numbers are treated as separate, paid add-ons.
Is there a minimum commitment to use Teler in production?
Yes. To ensure high availability and dedicated capacity for your applications, production environments require a minimum baseline of 10 channels to upgrade.
Do I get testing credits when I deploy?
Yes. When you execute your first upgrade (minimum 10 channels), we provide a complimentary credit bonus (3,000 minutes worth ₹450 in India, or $5 in the UAE) so you can validate your live workflows immediately.
